Paid Media Director (Remote)

Etna Interactive, a leading digital marketing agency, seeks a full-time, fully remote Paid Media Director with exceptional communication skills and expertise in paid media strategy and execution. This remote role requires candidates to reside in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia. 

We’re looking for a talented and strategic hands-on Paid Media Director to lead our team in driving client success through data-driven campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels. In this leadership role, you’ll collaborate closely with Client Success, Creative, Sales, and Strategy teams to forecast, develop, manage, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable revenue growth. As a results-driven and detail-oriented leader, you’ll shape strategies, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure campaigns achieve exceptional outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preferred) and, 6+ years of progressive paid media/search marketing experience, and 2+ years of direct team management in an agency setting. 
  • Skilled in full-funnel paid search, and account management across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels. 
  • Familiarity with Unbounce, Optmyzr, SpyFu, Excel, Ahrefs, and certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Meta. 
  • Experience managing multiple accounts with monthly spends of $10k+. 
  • Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills; can clearly communicate data insights, client updates, and campaign recommendations. 
  • Enjoys mentoring team members and is comfortable engaging with clients on calls. 
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and/or regulated industries is a plus, given our focus on healthcare.

Compensation: 

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 – $120,000 annually based on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
